It is impossible to keep everything in stock all the time. Some components may become unavailable from suppliers temporarily or discontinued without warning.

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website. However, if something you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you via email. You will be offered an exchange of item or a refund within 7 working days.

Alternatively, should you wish to proceed with the order despite a delay, most out of stock items can be supplied within 2-5 weeks (usually 3 weeks). You will be contacted via email for expected delivery time.

All Flix Handcrafted Jewellery pieces are designed and custom made. Some will need to be made after purchase so please allow 7-14 days for delivery.



You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history.
To make changes please contact us straight away and we will help you in the best way possible. Please be advised that once the order has been placed we are unable to make any modification to the order including cancellations.


Any returns and exchanges must be advised strictly within 14 days of delivery via our contact form. If you wish to exchange please contact us with your style, size and colour requirements so we can place this item on hold if we have it in stock. If we are unable to exchange the item a store credit note will be issued to you valid for 9 months. Flix Handcrafted Jewellery will exchange items, but will not make refunds.

Goods returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, unworn, complete with tags can be exchanged for an item of the same value.
Due to Health Regulations earrings can not be returned, so please choose carefully.
Custom made items may only be returned for alterations or repairs.

If you choose not to exchange we will offer you a credit note valid for 9 months only redeemable for future purchases from Flix Handcrafted Jewellery. Returns and exchanges are not valid on sale items.


To view your orders simply log into your account with the user name and password supplied upon registration. If you access our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to be responsible for activities that occur under your account or password. Flix Handcrafted Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service and accounts.


Shipping Policy:
Orders receive before 3 pm Monday – Friday (Western Standard Time) will be processed within 2-5 days depending on the destination. Orders placed after 2 pm will begin processing the following business day. (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Flix Handcrafted Jewellery is not responsible for any delays or undelivered goods.

Domestic Shipping and Cost:
Australian orders are shipping using Australia Post. Flix Handcrafted Jewellery provides STANDARD Shipping FREE OF CHARGE.

Should you wish to have products shipped using Registered Australian Post please contact us.  If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us.

Overseas Shipping:
We ship overseas with Australia Post. Flix Handcrafted Jewellery provides STANDARD Shipping FREE OF CHARGE.
